Just reflexting about my town: Delhi, CA
Step 1: note high expectations for entry level positions.
When I go for walks in the small town of Delhi, CA, I see a few buildings that need to be vibrant. They are businesses without a business operating on the premises. I think of the large population and the diverse cultural background that Delhi has to offer. Watching and waiting to see what will happen to lifeless buildings. Only time will tell. Change can be a good thing.
When I came to Delhi, I noted an old house with a trailer in front of it. It was as if it were a homeless camp. A real estate sign showed up one day. Soon it no longer looked like anyone was on the property and the cleanup began. All was removed from the property. I am now waiting to see if someone is going to put in a new business in the clean lot. Advancement and development can happen in a small town.
If I had the power what I would bring to Delhi, Ca. is: a fast food chain, a hardware store, a dance studio, old style coffee shop, gym, revive the old newspaper, and clothing stores.
Step 2: Be on the lookout for the next big thing.
I am not a person who has the most confidence in the world. But once I know what I wish to communicate and have a valid knowledge of the topic. Yes! I want to share.
I take soft approaches, not those pushy ones. I want people to remember who I am and that I am a good person.
We use social media to express what is on our mind, provide information about our business, and engage in interpersonal relationships that will last.
Step 3: Use social media for every marketing opportunity
Step 4: Be ready to reset everything from scratch
